Nokia 5530 distorted earpiece?

    Just got a Nokia XpressMusic 5530 yesterday (Meteor).

    Really liking the phone overall but noticing on calls, the quality has a quite bad 'buzz' or distortion when the volume is anything near 40% or more.

    Has anyone had similar problems with this phone or another one similar? Quite annoying am considering whether to bring it back for replacement or not :(
