    Hi,

    My brother is looking to move his mechanics toolbox out to another part of Dublin.

    It won't fit in the car without taking it a part and taking tools out so he is looking to rent a van for a couple of hours.

    Does anybody know of companys that would rent a van to a 20yr old with a full licence, it just seems that with most the minimum age is either 21 or 23 upwards.
