NUKE ROBBERY

I'm sorry but I have to share this story get out my frustrations. I never put a Nuke on in my Killstreaks but I seen a game on Wasteland and said I'll go for it. Harriers, Chopper Gunner and Nuke. So I get my 7 kills, looking good, Harrier does some work 11 kills...sweet. So I find a nice little hiding spot, pop open the lappy and 30 secs later I'm 22-0. I'm getting excited at this stage. There is about a minute left. Right I see a guy, take care of him then I get another soon after, I'm on 24-0 with 30secs left. Then I spot a guy take out my sniper,line him up carefully, absolutely nail him only for last stand to appear and one of my teammates gets the kill, 15 secs to go, I see another far away 1 shot hit him nothing happens, second shot get him again..he's on last stand too and gets around the corner, I'd never reach him, 5 secs left I head for the tunnels, I see a melee, I whip out the striker get a hit marker and I'm shot. I could cry:(
I comtemplated using my MW2 disc as a frisbee afterwards:cool:In time I'll get over this:D Starting petition now to remove LAST STAND:mad:

got the same mate . forgot to switch back over from bling to scavanger so when i was getting on really well i started running low on ammo . had to keep switching out for other peoples weapons . got terrifyingly close was at 24-0 and the match ending was coming up in about a minute. was using a borrowed m21 ebr and downed someone into last stand . someone else got him and took the kill and spent around 20 seconds franticly searching for someone ANYONE else. never happened

You'll get your nuke . When I was trying for mine about 4/5 times I was absolutely robbed for one reason or another . The only thing that I'll say is its waaay harder now to get one then a few months ago . I've had two in the last month or so . You need to be REALLY lucky , now people can shoot your chopper pretty much straight away . On one of mine , I only had 16 kills after my chopper gunner :mad: Got the 8 though thanks to claymores and my sniper rifle .

I didn't read the first post but I can tell from a quick glance we could have done without the thread seeing as we already have one suited to the OP's needs.

it amazes me some of the teams people come up against! How lucky can you get an entire team of opponents and not a single one of them have an anti air weapon and not a single one of them change to a Class that has one even after getting killed by the air support!!!!!! Resulting in the OP's 11 killstreak with a single harrier. Wish I came up against noobs like that.

6 of us on thursday night playing domination , we jump into a room and win easy , next game another easy win , i turn on my nuke , tell the boys to only take one flag , map is rundown , bad spawn by c .
I take the left side figuring they will be trying to come over , and they do , soon i have 7 kills , harrier out , i'm on the ac130 at 15 kills thinking i have it , i get 9 kills , it goes back to my man just in time for me to see him get knifed, w@nkers 24-1,
Forget about the nuke lads i said lets just play , 2 mins later another harrier , acr 130 , not too sure whether i was on my 23/24 kill but the same damn thing happened after the ac130 , just returning to see me get knifed.
I went 76-5 but so disappointed.

I just had a nuke robbed by my own teammate. On rundown with my harrier and pavelow and me picking people off i was up to 24 kills. I went looking for one more and got two with the shotgun. I had planned on waiting till the game was almost over but as soon as i got the two with my shotgun, a teammate called in his nuke.

I turned it off.:mad:

Jesus , the lads you were playing against most have been brutal altogether for 2 of ye to get nukes like . Anyway the pavlow doesnt count towards your killstreak unless you havnt been killed before you start it

i got 37-2 in team deathmatch and i had predador missile harrier chopper gunner. i should have had nuke instead of predador. it was in wasteland and i got predador but no kills then i got harriers and lid down in grass as i used my harriers but acidently killed myself and i was like :eek:. so then again i got a predador and got no kills with it again :mad: then i got harriers then chopper and in the end i got a 30 kill streak with no nuke on :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
and my team was really good in that match but i stole all there kills and killed people really fast i got my killstreaks quickly. and the match was over in less than 2 mins so i was kinda happy as i got a new longest killstrak.

ps: i hadnt nuke unlocked cos i was on lv 20 after prestiging :cool:
