There are four girls working in the office here, and two of them dislikes each other and I can see a storm brewing, now they both would come and tell me stuff about the other.

How can I tell them both nicely without offending that
    a) I think we shouldn't take lunch together anymore
    b) Please don't talk to me about personal stuff
    c) I don't want to be involved in their little spats

My biggest problem is that one of the girls really are one of those people that would have a smart remark ready for everything, so I want to really tell her to leave me the hell alone if it is not work related (she is a manager)

tell her you dont want to be in the middle of the two of them. say it as nice as possible and explain that you have no problem with either of them but just dont want to be involved
