Getting JSB for week i couldn't collect

    hi all,

    have been trying to contact SW in newbridge all day but engaged.

    I couldn't make it to the post office to collect my jsb one week and want to contact them to find out if i can get the backpay. Does anyone have experience of getting this sorted?Specifically if I go into the SW and queue up will I be able to see someone on that day to get this sorted out?

    I know this is a bit of a petty question but I would prefer to call in and know I could get this sorted there and then. these are all questions i have for my deciding offer but just can't get through to them

    Hi there. Your best bet is to call in person and go to your normal sign-on hatch to sort out.

    Similar experience for me a few weeks ago: family emergency meant I couldn't collect payment and I went to SW offices the following week to fill out a 'holiday form' - you're allowed take up to 12 days (I think?) holidays per year. Payment for that week was re-sent to my post office later that week.

    Payment might depend on reason for non-collection and/or how much time has elapsed since. Good luck!
