    Hey folks,

Just wondering if any of you ever used one of these:

Digitech Vocalist Live 2 or Digitech Vocalist Live 3 G?

Seen some good reviews on the Live 2 but the Live 3 G seems to offer a bit more for only a little extra cost (on Thomann at least) so price wouldn't be a factor - but don't see any reliable reviews of the Live 3 G yet so not sure if it'd be better to stick with the live 2 - less options but it seems it's been tried and tested with decent results.

I'm planning on using it for acoustic sets (cover stuff etc) anyone used either or got any recommendations?

    Cheers
    DrF

Here they are on thomann (there's also some youtube reviews out there)

I have the Digitech Vocalist Live 2, and it is excellent. I put a demo up on youtube. It's a mix of different songs I put together as a test to see which worked and which didnt.

The only thing that is awkward is bring the extra power / unit / cables gigging and trying. But the product itself is excellent.

I posted about this awhile ago. Follow the link in the post. They are very clever machines.

    Thanks for that guys,

Yeah the Live 2 is def getting high recommendations from everyone who's used it and although the Live 3 G hasn't been around long enough to garner as many positive or negative reviews from the bit of info i'm getting it does seem to be a great little machine.

From what i can see it seems to be as good as the Live 2 but with a few extras...so i'm thinking i'll go for that one.

    Cheers
