    The big boys charge almost €250.

    Expensive if you have a cheap guitar.

    Try polishing them before refretting.

    I have a guitar that could do with refretting, but the guitar cost me next to nothing. Thing is, it sounds great and plays pretty well apart from the bends being a bit harsh. Replacing the guitar is difficult as it's actually one that had a pickup swapped in the neck position that's quite hard to get these days.

    Yeah sorry, that was directed towards you. Are you sure it needs to be refretted, it could just need a levelling & dressing. I'd say bring it to a good tech to get it checked out.

    nah see the guy i bought it off tried it but made an absolute balls of it. he hammered in some of them and there fairly dented. he only tried it on the some of the frets.. the others probably need refretting anyways
