Top ones are very easy. Simply take off the panels and chain to get access, jam the roller, take of the circlip and hit the cog with a drift in an anticlockwise direction.

The lower ones are more involving and generally need substantial "persuasion" before they move.

Get a secondhand roller, a new one will rob you.

Have sourced a 2nd hand roller for 300euro. Have welded damaged roller in the past, however only a short term fix as it cracked again shortly..

The person that was supposed to have this roller for me has know told me that he is now unable to get it.

Does anybody know where i could get a secondhand roller?

It is the 5th roller above the pickup and it is a double sprocket.
Any help on this would be appreciated.

Hi a new roller is about €1000, bought 1 a few years ago, however I will never pay that prices again, what is damaged on the roller that you have?, when removing the roller jaw the roller as the previos OP said, loosen the nut in the center and hit the sprocket with a maller, it is on a taper lock

The roller you need is about 1 1/2 inchs longer than the standard rollers on the drive end, keep an eye on the Journal, always balers been scrapped, if the roller you have is not bady damaged on the shaft, it could be repairable by an engineering workshop with a large lathe, if it is busted it is knackered
