VW Polo Head Gasket repair

    My car is a 2000 VW Polo. Garage man told me yesterday it was the head gasket. We could see a bit of water in the third cylinder as the coolant must have been leaking into it.

    He quoted me a price of 600 yoyos.

    Two questions, is that costly and is it worth fixing?

    I’m willing to pay that much as long as I know for sure that it’s nothing thing else, like the head.
