leaving college/work query?

hope someone can help with query. Basically I was on dole until september when I went back to college. I have decided to leave course. Can i just get an exit form from college and sign on without big delay? Further more as part of my course I have been on paid placement since xmas. I will be leaving this job. I see on…

hope someone can help with query. Basically I was on dole until september when I went back to college. I have decided to leave course. Can i just get an exit form from college and sign on without big delay? Further more as part of my course I have been on paid placement since xmas. I will be leaving this job. I see on website that if you resign job you ''may'' not receive payment for 9 weeks. Should I just tell them i have quit college or will they automatically check and look for p45. I could just give them p45 and say it was a short term contract. I hope there is no hassel with this cos I could not wait 9 weeks for payment. Im not clear on story from info on web about this. In general can you leave college before completition and sign on without delay I know if you finish the course you have to wait to sign on. anybody enlighten me?
