    Im in the service industry and am being targeted to join bni networking group. Im wondering what peoples experience of it is. It seems a bit expensive. Appreciate your comments

    Hi Brian,
    I seem to be meeting you in threads all over the place this morning but anyway,
    I am also being targeted by several different BNI groups to join or come to visitor meetings at the moment and since January - but one helpful and very nice gentleman at a networking event in Limerick who is actually a member of BNI chapter in that area, advised me against it on the qt, saying that it was very expensive and time-consuming and wouldn't really be worth my while at the moment - but then again I suppose it all depends on the chapter you're thinking of joining and how it is getting on - going to a visitor morning can't hurt to check it out but don't be pushed into joining anything you're not comfortable with - my friend told me when you go to this visitor breakfast morning there's immense pressure to join at the end.

    Hi All, If you do a search for BNI on this forum you will find a very good debate on BNI that was only discussed a couple of weeks ago.. Well worth a lot, lots of heated opinions!!!
