I'm about to register as a sole trader and I am wondering if I am able to register one name and trade or advertise as something similar

I am in Dublin and will be starting the business and operating here but I feel there might be potential for it nation wide

So I am thinking of incorpating the word 'Ireland' into the business name say for 'plants!!!'

so the biz name would be 'PlantsIreland sole trader'... but at the moment I would only be operating in dublin and so would like to advertise and possibly create a website as 'PlantsDublin.ie'.....

Is anyone familar with this situation or could recommend any suggestion??

    Thanks

    I t/a as 'anothername'

The only thing is that you have to get bank accounts in that t/a name if you are going to invoice in that name.

Therefore you would need an account for each trade name (again if invoice under them). Better off sticking to the one trade name - bank accounts are costly.
