I see where a chef from Smugglers Creek in Rossnowlagh has just won the Irish Stew World Championship !! Yummy Yet another world champion to go with the tug o war team ! :)

Mmmm, Irish Stew! The food of kings (and queens - must be more PC on this site). If I could choose only one meal for the rest of my life, stew and spuds would be it
