Hey folks, firstly, thanks in advance for any ideas thoughts and advice.

I'm currently occupying an upstairs unit in a small business park and run a small business doing computer repairs, large format photographic prints (online sales launching soon) and have a small art gallery. Things are tight but steady to be honest but I'm planning on employing someone in the near future to take some of the repairs workload off me so I can concentrate a few other ideas I have. I train two mature students in computer repairs 2 - 3 days a week for free and when they are working away it frees me up for callouts to local schools and businesses. One of the ideas I have is for photographic studio. The unit downstairs from me has become vacant. It was a furniture shop for 2 different companies but unfortunately never successful. So I was thinking of maybe setting up the studio in it... but in the current climate maybe the studio mightn't be the best idea. So I've been trying to think of other ideas that may work and have a few friends hands who may join in the idea.

The park layout is as follows: Electrical Wholesaler retailer, me upstairs, free unit downstairs, Seamstress, Flooring retailer, fitness hall upstairs, electrical retailer, kids indoor playpark. Next block has a carwash, amusements / pool & snooker place upstairs, blinds shop, value for money shop (the anchor tenant as it brings ALOT of business to the park which we all benefit from) and a hardware / commercial plant business. We're located up a steep hill above an aldi which has a lidl across the road from it and a bunch of cafes, chemists and takeaways, 10 - 15 other retail units etc.

I know it's a real beg for ideas kind of post but I'd love to hear if you have any suggestions.

    Thanks a million.
