I'm using Safari 4.0.5 on my new mac, and it doesn't remember my log in details for boards, and a number of other sites. Now, I don't want to hit the "Remember Me" button because I don't want to be constantly logged in, but what I do want is to hit F on my keypad and to be able to select my username and have my password automatically filled in. Does anyone know how I can get it to do that?

    Safari-Preferences-Autofill?

As an additional measure, you might want to consider 1Password:

    http://agilewebsolutions.com/products/1Password

It's one of the best apps I have on my Mac and has helped me break the habit of using the same or fairly insecure password for different sites. It shows up in different bundles from time to time too, so you might be able to get it for a discount again in the near future.

It's checked, but it only has 3 frequently used websites listed, and I can't manually add others.

Thanks, but I'm looking for a more free solution!
