I had to return a faulty bike computer...they just emailed me a voucher code for the amount. I would imagine it is the same when buying a voucher.

i emailed them asking but I guess they had closed for the day by the time it got there, hopefully they haven't sent them out yet as it will take them a while to get to canada!

I got mine posted out before xmas however they did email me the codes before hand and asked if I needed the paper versions. My order was slightly larger than average though so maybe that was why ...
