Looks like he knows his stuff! would like to learn more, But I don't think id be willing to pay $229.95 (on sale price) for a few DVD`s:(

He seems to know his stuff.

A mate of mine, who does sports massage therapy, likes his warmup "do-along" routine to try and reduce his own work load on players pulling hamstrings etc.
