Could you handle a real life CoD Map?

When my GF moans about the "stupid noises" from the TV when i play halo/CoD/any FPS i always retort that if aliens/zombies/the russians invade she'll have me to thank for keeping her alive .

Anyway, got me thinking if you were put into a FFA/TDM in one of the maps, how do you think you'd get one (presuming the others players are all in the same situation as you)

What loadout would you pick? for this scenario we'll forget about air support/predator missiles etc.
We'll limit primary and secondary weapons to to mags each, 1 grenade, 1 secondary grenade and 1 equipment. No akimbo/No perks like cold blooded etc. You can only pick realistic weapon attachments.

Presume you can pick up equipment/weapons from other dead players.


So in a TDM say 8 v 8 what would you choose? What map would you choose?

For me it would be:
m16 with FMJ and Noob toob
AA12 with grip
Sticky Grenade
Flashbang
Claymore (as people wouldnt be used to looking out for these :P).

Probably would play on Afghan.

Hmmm, almost impossible to say as in real life, we'd all die except for the guy who hid the best. Very tough. Ideally, since this is real life, the best idea would be sniping (stay away from close contact), but as this is real life, carrying the barret around instead of an uzi would put you at a huge disadvantage. If we take it that you are as mobile as in the game, I definitely go for a sniper rifle instead of getting picked off. I'd probably camp a like mutha-fvcka too. Claymore and flash bang FTW.

Either that or a small sub machine gun with a fast rate of fire, as in real life, if you get hit with a bullet even from the smallest damn gun, you're down!

In short, the comparison is crazy to even think about and your best bet would be hiding until someone popped their head around a corner. Use a small fast gun or a large far away gun.

Agreed, my theory behind my choices are the claymore to cover my back, the m16 to fire a grenade into a building etc to kill a few and the shotgun if it gets up close and personal.

Yeah, sounds good. I'd just be too damn scared to stand out in the open to fire the noob tube! I'd rather hide and let everyone else pick each other off and then get the last kill

I'd probably go with the MP5SD or suppressed M4, both with a red dot sight. Silenced USP .45 with a tac knife, flash bangs, throwing knife and claymore.
Claymore for an ambush, and supressors so the enemy doesn't hear the gunshots.

Are we assuming we can actually aim and fire these weapons also?
I'd like to see some regular person hit a moving target with the Barret at any kind of long range..

I'dlike to see someone get hit with a barrett and still run away.

You can be sure someone will go to the cliff above the mattresses just hide and pick them off and wait for them to fall down or whats left of them to fall down. And yes we are assuming we can use them.

To be honest, in real life if a weapon is silenced you can still hear it. It just gives it a lower volume and different sound.

I'd definitely be a camper. Hiding in the corner on some building in Favela with a heartbeat sensor I'd become what I hate. I'd have to shoot myself
