PIZZA Business-looking for experience

    Hi All,
    i was recently put on short-time and things are not looking good so may be made redundant soon. I am from a Non-Eu country has been working in Ireland from last 9 years in different roles (hotels, Manufacturing and now Software BA/Test/Project Management).

    I am planning to go back to my home country and set up a Pizza take away/delivery (possibly restaurant). I am looking for some experience in Pizza business especially from the production (cooking/kitchen) side of things.

    I can work for free of cost during weekends or any other days that suits for next couple of months.

    If anybody around here owns/Manages a Pizza business, Please let me know if this is possible. Also any tips or insights into this business is greatly appreciated.

    OP what about around your local town or area. Is there any pizza restaraunts that you could contact and see about getting some work experience in the kitchen for a short time. Even any of the take aways that have pizza as part of their menu. If you contact them and tell them you are looking for unpaid experience they may help you out.
