Splashworld 10k Tramore Sunday 28th March

    The Splashworld 10k is on this coming Sunday. Was great fun last year. Tough scenic course through Tramore Town Centre and out along the coast. Great fun at the after run festivities last year. Organic food stalls from local farmers market, face painting for kids, BBQ, music etc. An great way to get your run in on a family day out! More information here www.balance.ie

    I enjoyed this last year,but wont be doing it this next Sunday.
    I have a 4m race Easter Sunday and i dont want to be racing 2 weeks in a row during marathon training.
    It will be my first race as a spectator...im going to bring the young fella out to get his face painted,and enjoy watching from the road side for a change !

    It's a tough route, but I'll give it a go. It's a good job it's in aid of the Order of Malta ambulance service - I may need their help getting up Newtown Hill!

    The newsletter on the balance.ie site seems to advise pre-registration which is by entry form only. Will there be egistration on the morning of the race?
