How to Improve Garden Drainage

    Hi all,

My two year old has been out the back garden playing for the past couple of weeks due to the good weather we have been having lately. In a couple of patches of the garden, he has worn down the grass and it looks like the goal mouth of a football pitch.

It rained last night and the areas which were worn down/compacted there now sits a lot of water. The rest of the garden seems fine.

I was wondering how i can improve the drainage in these sections of the lawn that have been worn down by his tramping.?

    Thanks
    Flop
