    the new developement at the stakers gaa grounds has gone out of hand,
    there is a playing pitch,
    a training pitch
    a soccer pitch
    it is a community field ?
    the floodlights were arranged by who ?
    who installed them ?,
    who pickes up the tab for the esb ?
    is it the community ?
    is it the gaa ?
    is the set up the stakers ?
    or is the co. board ?
