Well, I'm currently watching Dulalala, which is good (gah @ baccano reference in ep 11)
I'm also currently watching hanamaru which is grand, but not much more to be said.

    Upcoming stuff though, roysh.
Here are charts of upcoming shows, anyways.

    K-on season 2
    It's like K-on Season 1, only newer
    Angel Beats
Students at school are not amused by the way the Angels are controlling their lives and where they will end up when they resurrect, so they decide to settle it with war. Guns, axes, swords to traps are scattered throughout the school district.
Sounds silly, probably will be silly.
    Senkou no Night Raid
Could be good, I'll check out ep 1
Same for Arakawa under the bridge.

    Beyond Spring, I dunno :P

Don't want to read anything that could spoil it for me in the 2.0 thread. But anyone know where I can watch Evangelion 2.0? I missed the IFI screening :(

The Blu-Ray release is on May 25th or 26th and although I haven't checked in some months, all that may still be floating around is a CAM recording from last year that was subbed post-recording. Not very good quality at all. I could have watched it, but chose not to.

All I've been watching that's currently airing is Durarara, which I'm loving but am exclusively watching Frostii subs of, so I'm only on ep.9. I was having trouble even finding DDL's of their latest releases of it, but found a good source. I did take a peek at Ookami Kakushi also, but it didn't really interest me.

Durarara is great alright, I'm also watching it but from Ecliptic subs or something like that who're up to ep 12 so far. Watching a few other things too (other than the neverending stories Naruto/One Piece/Bleach) but nothing that I've found to be too great other than Kimi ni Todoke which is onto its last episode.

edit: oh and Cross Game which is also about to finish which I've surprisingly really enjoyed, and I didn't even have a clue about baseball before watching :X

Lookin forward to Angel Beats and Arakawa Under the Bridge next season.

Kaichou no Maid-sama is the token shojo of the season and a pretty highly rated manga already. Uragiri boku na etc. is a BL anime. Hetalia is a cult hit and absolutely hilarious to boot. Angel Beats is a Key adaptation, which always have a larger female audience than most people seem to realise.

So, thought I may as well pump out my 1st impressions on the spring releases:

    Only watched 2 so far:
    Angel Beats
This opens to a guy wondering where he is, sitting up, and seeing a girl with a sniper rifle.
Basic premise is a band of people who don't want to die again fighting an angel who's pretty much invincible. Key are pretty good (Makers of Clannad, Air) but it's probably gonna get all serious sooner or later :(

    Arakawa under the Bridge
Made by shaft, they made bakemonogatari, quite a few references to that (her hair, her turns). Aside from that, it's a bit oddball, and by a bit odd ball, I mean really oddball. Hasn't thrilled me to be honest, but I'll watch to episode 3 before judgement is passed.

    Senkou no night raid
still waiting on a sub :(

    K-on
    unreleased

    Black Rock Shooter

Started as a Vocaloid offshoot. Now an actual series.

So, it won't let me edit my post, sorry:

    K-on!! (Frostii)
Girls in high school set up a pop band, all very cute, moe etc.
    Very funny at times.

If you liked season 1, you'll like season 2, it's that simple, really.
    Stuff which have changed:
Worse Intro and ED, ED was what hooked me in Season 1.
    Much better animation :P
    More cake!

    Senkou no night raid (commie)
1931, China, chinese are rebelling against the kuomintang. A secret service is foiling their plots. Said secret service have superpowers

I quite liked the action scenes, but it's not good. The chinese was especially awful, and the characters were boring :(

Edit: Black Rock shooter looks sexy, let me know when it's out pliz KOkiki

Giant Killing - best OP of the season so far imo, good potential as a show

K-ON!! - more of the same, candy floss for the brain

Angel Beats - hard to tell, I'll give it more time cause I like alot of Key's other stuff

Arakawa Under the Bridge - slight mindfack but I like the SHAFT style, dialogue, weirdness

    wut?
    Trigun and cowboy bebop?
    wut?

    Wut?

I still have to get around to to watching Durarara (haven't watched any anime at all for a good few months now actually)
Black Lagoon is definitely top of my list, but it was wrapped up well enough at the end of S2 imo.
I can see it turning into another Darker than Black and me just losing interest towards the end.
