Just saw that this thread had been closed, I had been meaning to post in it encouraging people to attend regardless of the price, I have been there twice, not for weightlifting mind, but on both occasions i had a sly snoop around and while it may not be painted as well as Crunch Temple Bar, the facilities and equipment are beyond compare with any facility i have trained in or even heard about in Ireland.

And from the videos i have watched, the lads definitely know their stuff.

Anyway, the thread has been locked so i had to start a new one, im unable to attend due to a prior engagement, but considering the original thread will now slip off the 1st page of the threads and be replaced by people asking about hayababushka rash guards and talking about journalists getting their heads kicked in, I think its only fair to keep promoting the seminar and hopefully get people away from the preacher curl bars and get behind a prowler.

Not licking your arse here or anything Barry, but i find it incomprehensible that a moderator should see fit to close your thread, advertising your clearly excellent service, because you cracked a joke, which seemed to me to be quite appropriate given the circumstances.

I've absolutely no problem in people promoting their show's and seminar's here, none what so ever, but until I get the opinion of the other two forum Mods both threads are closed.
