what duleek needs?

theres plenty of empty units in the town anyone any ideas what duleek needs? was thinkin a good pool hall or a swiming pool would be good, deffo not a takeaway anyway it theres more places to eat than pubs to drink in the town, ahh thats it a decent pub would be nice also
