Can't contact Citylink

Hi, I have been trying to find a contact no. for citylink buses for the past week now and it they do not seem to have any means of speaking with a representative. The contact no. on their site is just an automated voice machine telling you to go and visit their web site. I believe they have an '01' number printed on the back of their tickets but I don't have any old ones lying about. Does anyone happen to know this number?
    Thanks

Per the phone book (www.eircomphonebook.ie) it is 091 564163.

Alternatively, why not send them an email at the address shown on the website (info@citylink.ie) and ask them to call you back?

They have closed their call centre and suggest that you use the email address as the main point of contact.
