National Championship's DVD/Video Archive

    Hey, I'm just wondering is there any DVD's/Videos available of previous National Championships. Reason being that my Uncle was a multiple time Irish champion and was capped for the Irish team over the years, unfortunately I was just too young to have any real memories of it. I was also told today that he carried the Irish flag for the team in one of the International events and if my Grandad could get to see that again it would make him a happy man, I'd also love to see it myself. Thanks for any help.

    There was always someone in the stadium who videode' a lot of the championships and internationals. Roughly, what year(s) did your uncle compete?

    He was on the same team as Wayne McCullough, it was around 88-early 90's. I know it was broadcast on RTE at the time.

    Okey doke, wasn't too long ago, and I remember that there was video recording happening then, as I got some myself. Now, you will need to contact the IABA and give them some specific details and they may well have a contact name and number for the persons who were recording the action.
