    Howdy peoples,

Seeing as I am spending the majority of my time in the Boole these days I was just wondering if anyone has any advice for places nearby to go to get something to eat, especially on a weekend ?

I know kiwi, centra, subway, the pizza place next to subway etc, but is there anywhere else worth knowing ?

Also, where is the closest shop/vending machine near the library ? I am dying of thirst in here and there's not a chance I'll make it to centra!

    Thanks ! :)

Vending machine in the boole basement is probably closest for a drink, daybreak probably your closest shop.

Small shop by the old bar/main rest. Cue is always mental between lectures though. Daybreak do good rolls, worth the walk like, but try to avoid the cues there too. Theres a new Fast Al's by subway on college road but thats a bit of a trek. The coffee dock in the ORB is good if your just lookin for coffee or whatever, hardly over-priced at all!!

highfield stores at the top of highfield avenue do good rolls, and ther alot nicer up there than the daybreak lot!

    +1

Its only €3 for a hot chicken roll and a cup of soup (usually veg. or mushroom)

And its only €1 for four sausage rolls - and there extremely nice.
