How long will the Revenue give you to pay?

    Hi could someone out there tell me whats the norm with revenue regards paying back a tax bill which i find hard to pay up front

    Its 150K and would have approx 50 k to give them now and the rest in installaments .....just wondering what kind of time frame do they give you to pay up

    You'll need to contact Revenue and make arrangements with them. Inspectors have authority to set up installments but have no authority to vary interest which is laid down by statute.

    Because of the sums involved it might be prudent to have a professional as a go between but it's your call on it.

    I'll have to lock the thread as this is a legal matter between you and Revenue and has to be sorted between you two.
