    Hey guys,

Moved in in November and have steadily had our internet get slower, despite paying for 24 mb/s we've never got more than 6 and it's now at 4. Not overly impressed with Smart Telecom since the Digi takeover, so I was wondering if anyone knew or had suggestions about an alternative.

I hear things about NTL, and Magnet, and any input would be awesome. Ta!

Yes, I've experienced the same myself, my download speed has dropped from 5mb to about 3.5mb since Digiweb took over.

Ironically the speed test is hosted by Digiweb themselves

Definitely seems to be more contention on Digiwebs network then Smarts old network. Not good

Smart/Digiweb is definitely not a premium ISP anymore.

Had Magnet and moved to UPC in January, found both to be good, although
I do find UPC that bit cheaper.
