Overcharged By Sky

    Was anyone ever overcharged by Sky or had a package added without your consent? Well it has happened to me. I checked my bill on line with My Sky and lo and behold they had added an extra HD pack. I rang them and they confirmed that I had not ordered the HD pack it was added by error, but the person I was speaking to could not do anything about it, he informed me that I had to fill out a complaints form on the My Sky web page and send it to the appropriate department and they'll be in touch with me in the next 48 hours from yesterday, now the overcharged payment will come out of my bank at the end of the month and he said when they sort it out I will be reimbursed. I await their reply but I'm not happy with this and when they do get back to me I will look for some sort of compensation maybe a month free something like that, if I don't get complete satisfaction I will take this further. Did anything like this happen to anyone and if so what was the outcome?
