Carbon Fiber Oxidation?

I've a carbon fiber spoiler on my Civic, and it seems to be bubbling.

Would this be the clear coat coming off, and is there anywhere that can fix this for me?

Looks horrible, white spots over carbon fiber

Post a pic, it doesn't like what's happened to my DS, and if it can be fixed then I'd like to know how.

Sounds like the clear coat allright tends to go on carbon fiber allright, can be fixed easy just needs to be sanded and new clear coat applied, you can do it your self but remember prep prep prep! the quality will depend on how well you prep, heres a walk through if you you want to try it yourself

if you have done body work this should be fairly easy bro
