Does anyone know if the people who sell fresh produce on the roadside like on the Derry road etc are legally allowed to trade there or do they just take a chance the cops wont move them on?
Can anybody set up like this?
I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble, I just have a business idea that would benefit from a set up like this.

Id imagine you would need a casual traders licence.
