    Have put baking and pastry arts management on my cao but was wondering if anyone knows how much prior knowledge/experience would be needed??

    I am not on this course myself but I have several friends doing it, it assumes no prior knowledge or experience. First year is focused on bringing everyone up to the same level. But of course prior knowledge or experience will be beneficial:D
