    got some rain last night ... glory be , can actually notice the difference today on some of the fields , hopefully we have turned the corner

    Im noticing a difference in fields too since the rain. Seem to be greener. Can see the grass growing as well.

    Noticed my own grass shooting up in the past couple of days, not before time either, lambs due this week! Supposed to get another bit tomorrow night here, which would be no harm as long as it knows when to stop again.

    the rain is badly needed as it has helped growth along with the rise in temperature. it will be another few weeks before theres much grass around and it will be welcome with silage running out.

    weather is due to get cold next week again, that will funk up the grass growth again
