    Hi,

I'm recently single along with my 2 sisters. Was wondering where to meet guys in early 30's. We're all very outgoing and attractive ladies.

Looking for nice guys with a bit of cop-on, good looks (would be a plus) and who have a brain. Sorry not meant to be rude but that's all we want!

I'm presuming pubs would be better than clubs?

    Any good info please guys?

Form an orderly line guys :pac:

Really though the answer is anywhere :).Youre probably better off with pubs since having a conversation in a club is like trying to swallow a whole watermelon.Besides that just take a chance anywhere, dont be afraid to make the first move and good luck :)

Have you tried joining clubs or societies, going out doing some volunterism, online dating, etc etc etc.

There are loads of non beer related options, you just need to be a little more creative.

A friend of mine and her friend (both mid 30s,both single) recently took up salsa dancing classes.Good exercise, good fun and according to her more than a few sound blokes at it.

Maybe try to get friends of friends to set you up or maybe just meet "by chance" in a pub. At least the friends will have vetted the guys out for you so there's a fair chance they won't be nutters.

    I'm single too;)

I know was thinking of a pub which would have some good music (nothing hardcore), outgoing atmosphere with a relaxed atmosphere and some decent men.

Am thinking of a girls night out and want to make sure i get a good venue if you know what i mean.

Horses are my pastime, but it's mainly women orientated. Suppose an awful lot of my time goes on horses not on socialising. BUT ITS ALL GOIN TO CHANGE FROM RIGHT NOW!

I'd hate internet shopping/dating, yes i'm old fashioned. I am out-going but i'm not in the right places to meet a bloke to start.

Is that the Salsa in Pv's? Sound blokes you say??

Would you think of going along to a few balls?
Maybe something Macra or Hunting related when your so interested in Horses.

ok while this is all very interesting and fun, we ain't a dating a site here people.

While you sound just peachy JEmily, :p , lets have less of the cyber flirting going on.

Your asking a genuine question no doubt, so lets have some genuine answers please lads.

well OP, Dublin is full of good men, you just gotta decide what you like on a night out, and the places where you feel comfortable i guess.

I'd hazard a guess that once you stay away from the good old haunts like Coppers, Flannerys and the like you'll do just fine.

Headin out my a jog now, although no parks nearby, so what's the chances of meeting someone fab along a mucky, pot holed, back road? Anyway, here goes, at least it's a step in right direction.

I'll let you know if George Clooney turns up...:)

Have heard Keogh's is a good pub, can anyone vouch for this? Hope your allowed name places here, i'm new on the site so am not sure.

Anything from indoor climbing to, bowls if it suits you.

I'd say your best bet is to rally up your single friend troops and organise things to do together ... That way, none of you are on your own and you'll have a bit of fun at the same time :)

There are hundreds of ways to meet people now, whatever your lifestyle! Speed dating, internet dating, meeting guys in bars, meeting people through clubs and common interests... All you have to do is get motivated and take the risk of doing something new!

Granted, it's not easy to find the "perfect" or "right" person, but giving yourself access to any or all of the mediums I mentioned will at least ensure you get to meet new and different types of people!
