Small Claims question

Thinking about taking a small claim against a large well known company for a service I was paying for but didn't get.

The claim is for around 200 euro

I've never done this before and I'm just wondering if i do go to court, can I also claim for my time off work, ie a days pay?

Or would that be pushing it a bit?

    No dont be afraid.

You must take the case where the company is based.

Ring the local district court office and they will tell you whether or not it can be processed in the Small Claims Office (not every debt or claim is suitable).

You dont get expenses in the Small Claims Court. If it has to go to the District Court and you win, then the Judge will ask you for expenses which you can claim.

Or do it all on line. It's VERY easy to make SCC claims these days.
