AIB or BOI?

    Hi,

I need to open a company account and apply for a bank loan to help fund start-up costs.

I've banked with AIB as a personal customer for about 12 years. I have a loan with them for the past couple of years, half of which is paid off and I haven't missed any repayments, so I have a good credit rating.

For my business banking, and particularly in applying for a loan to help fund the start up of the business, with the fact that I have a history of personal banking with AIB, would there be advantages for me if I open up my current account with AIB and apply for a loan with them?

Or any other reasons to prefer AIB over BOI or BOI over AIB?

    Thanks :)

To be honest you would be best going with AIB as you bank with them already.
