    Hi ,

We are in receipt of the Child dependent allowance for our daughter who is still in secondary school and is 17 . She will be 18 in June . We have to fill out a form now and get it signed to say she is still in full time education , which she is and which we did , but , do we say that she finishes secondary school on the 30th of June ? .
She is hopeful of getting a place in college but obviously we don't know if she will or not yet and even if we did there would be no way to confirm this and get it stamped . As usual , there is no shortage of vagueness on the form and no one answering the phones in the department due to industrial action so , anyone in this situation in the last few weeks able to advise me ?

    Thanks

    John .
