Looks to be serious irregular betting on this game for the draw, best odds is now 10/11 for it with alot of firms not giving any odds, £400k bet on the draw onky £2k on Chievo.

The game is on sunday btw.

Is it nearly end of season there?

This regularly happens in Italy in the last few games of the season.

    I've seen a draw at 1/2 a few times

    Sorry I doubted you OP

Watched this one via the betfair market. If there was ever any doubt that this wasn't a fix they were squashed when Chievo took the lead on 64 minutes and the draw only went to 2.5(should have been 5.5)!! What a piss take.

Cant believe that betfair paid out on it

    Why wouldn't they?
    It's not their money!

    Why wouldn't they?
    It's not their money!

They've refused to settle markets with irregular betting patterns in the past, mainly in tennis.

If they allow fixed events to run then they are essentially laundering money.

But none of the ordinary bookmakers are calling foul.

But none of the ordinary bookmakers are calling foul.

I had a treble with two horses from Friday ending with the draw. It took Ladbrokes over 10 hours to clear the bet, and that was after calling them twice too.

I'd say the only reason the bookies are paying is it was well flagged beforehand and they avoided a bloodbath.
Any draw under 2/1 may not be suspicious but a draw at 1/1 certainly is.

Bookies in Italy and main land europe stopped taking bets on this one onb friday.

Which means they lost **** all and are happy to pay out on it because for a small cost, they'll be able to watch out for the same people having the same type of bets on the same teams in the future and alert them earlier.
