    Hi!

I've been through a really bad patch and feel counselling may help. Can anyone tell me:

    1. Can I get it on a medical card?
If not how much would I expect to pay? (I'm unemployed!)

    2. Do I need to be referred by a GP?

Any info would be most appreciated.

    Thanks!

You could try your local newspaper for student counselors, I seen an advert in ours and from what I could see they are free.
