sorry lads, I know this has probably been covered already but so far my searches didn't answer my question, how do you record a mix on a laptop using Audacity?
I'm using a midi controller (BCD 3000) and Traktor LE on the laptop.

At the moment the default recording is taking the audio from the laptop mic which makes sense as default I suppose but no good for me.

    Any ideas?
    thanks!

If you are using windows then go to control panel, select Hardware and Sound, then select sound, a dialogue box should come up with three options, Playback, Recording and Sounds, select recording and change it from there.
