    Hi,
I have an idea for a website that would be based around users voice-chatting to each other.

I was wondering what the most cost effective way of implementing this would be? I presume it'd be a fairly big undertaking to provide this as a service, unless there are providers that you can subscribe to in order to piggy-back off their system, or some such thing?

    Thanks

I heard on a podcast recently that someone might have beaten you to the punch. Google chatroulette.

Is it something like that you wanted to do?

It's not dissimilar to chatroulette in that members are communicating with each other, but my idea is based on a very different approach.
