Heating Problem

hi all Heating is broken :( Now I think its actually the control panel thats broken cause it was making a buzzing noise and the mormally green or red lights were orange?? question is who do I call to fix - plumber / electrician? Heating person? Anyone any recommendations of someone local that won't rob me ;) Thanks

The same thing happend myself last winter, though my control panel went one further and literally exploded. But, the new one is a much better model so silver lining and all that.... I called a plumber and I'll PM you details
