    It may be time to alter the name of "Help Desk". Maybe putting a word like "Tech", "Site" or even "Boards.ie" in front of it would help to slow the confusion down to a dull roar.

    For example, Point Break is a truly awesome, rad and bodacious movie.

    Feedback threads beat Help Desk threads hands down anyway.

    It's not really a big mystery. I'm just waiting on an old account to be re-instated following the hacking. I have a problem with proving ownership as I can't prove email etc.

    They already did that... it was renamed to "Boards.ie Complaints/Assistance".
    It didn't work- It lasted about a week!

    Yep, if anything it got worse. Makes me wonder if there's some group of people out there who are deliberately doing this.
