Dealer allowed to re-raise?

I saw this the other night but wasn't too sure on it so didn't say anything

Basically, Man A bets 5 notes, Man B (also the dealer) raises to 10 notes. Man A starts putting in money to call, but Man B then put in more, saying that since he's the dealer he can do it if he wants to.

Anyone know if this is true?

Simply put, no he can not.

He was probably bluffing, didn't like being called so made up this "rule" so he could bet more to put his opponant off the pot.
