    hey guys.
Ok im currently in l.y.i.t at the mo, in 1st year, & even though the 1st year is nearly over, im considering not doing the summer exams as im so behind in the course due to personal circumstances.:(

I want to move to gmit in galway in september & do business.
Whats the story with the grant & registration fees?
My grant covered my fees for this year (1500) & im currently getting the full 700 per month.:D
But someone told me,if i drop out & dont do my exams, i wont b entitled to my vec maintenance grant again for the next course i do??
    Is this true :(:(

    Yep, its true.

You should still contact GMIT though to confirm as you are switching awarding authorities.
