UK Direct Adverts Volvo V50

I know there have been a few threads on here about UK Direct but here is something I noticed last few weeks.

I noticed them selling a couple of Volvo V50s a couple of weeks ago. Came across the adds on and off for weeks (ie one week on and another week off). Looked at registration and cars came up at a company in the UK. Called the company just to ask about the cars. Girl on the phone told me the first car was sold, not to UKDirect and the second was under offer but not as yet sold, but she added UKDirect had no right to advertise their cars, nor sell them to anyone.

A week went past the cars came off carzone and then today have popped up again, like rabbits in a hat, one minute you see them and the next you dont!

Contacted carzone....nice girl on the phone said "ye we are investigating complaints with UKDirect, I'll pass it on and get back to you". Next day Volvos go off carzone, but hey presto they are appear again today.

Anyone else got any interesting adds from UKDirect, or has anyone else contaced carzone? I think a little bit of room on advertising is fine, but continuously advertising the same cars, sold weeks ago by another company, thats pushing it a little far.
