Two years ago i got planning permision for an extention of 129 m2 blockbuild
Last weekend at mothersday we wera all together and me and my brother both are unemployed
Me plumber electrician brother carpenter came to an idea to build my extention together
This is posible to do it complete by ourselfs if we do it in timberframe
Only thing were we need someone for is the foundations
And before someone starts moaning brother an i dont have sw

    Have two questions
Do we need to apply for planning again if we change from blockbuild to timberframe
And second one is there is no shet/garage on the site so i want to build a 24m2 one first
is this allowed in this case without permision ??

Planning is still valid regardless of build type.

Shed can be built first if exempt. Most likely is but depends on the site
