just wondering if anyone knows if there's some body governing the E-tolls and Direct Routes of this world, I'm constantly being overcharged, but because I rarely travel through the toll, I know exactly what my balance should be - but if you're not vigilant, the gits are pulling extra money from your account without you looking..........is there some regulator or someone that they're answerable to (I'm thinking a Financial Regulator type body???)

The eToll system is controlled by the NRA, they are who you should complain to.

However your tag operator should be able to sort it out also, I've had the odd double charge (when the express lane fails to open and I end up using the nearest normal lane) on the M4 and etrip have always been able to get it fixed.
